BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – Palm Oil
Requirement:
· Manages the design team of appointed consultants (local & overseas) through entire development process.
· Prepare a concept plan for a development site which defines, land use, plantation, and machinery, detail of mix and size of the development elements.
· Recommends development strategy.
· Develop key strategies plan & provide directions to attain the goals.
· To ensure plans are implemented based on proper allocation of resources.
Qualification:
·
· Min. 10 years of relevant experience in Business Development Manager, preferably from palm oil plantation.
· Good computer skills.
· Conceptually clear, with an inquisitive mind.
· Good interpersonal and business communication skill, including presentation, influencing and negotiating skills.
· Proactive and problem solving approach.
· Pleasant personality with ability to communicate with ease.
· Reasonably fluent in English, both oral and written.
· Require to travel frequently.
